Where are you located?
We are located at 9780 SE 82nd Ave on the corner of 82nd Ave and Otty Rd, just south of Johnson Creek Blvd. We are located between Stuff and 7-11. Visit our contact page for a more detailed listing and map.
What are your hours?
Our shop is open from 10am-7pm Monday-Friday and 10am-6pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays, however you can call us at (503) 719-6317 and someone should be available to answer your call.
What is the turn around time on your service?
The turn around time for most computer services is 48 hours, however if we need to order any parts that could cause short delays to the completion time.
What are your repair rates?
For in store computer repair we charge flat rates depending on the service, with our basic repair charge starting at only $49. For on-site services we charge $75/hr. Visit our Services page for more details.
